Refund Policy

CrashFlow offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans (Monthly, Yearly and Lifetime). If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Our payment processor and Merchant of Record is Paddle. Refunds are processed by Paddle. You can:

  • Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email used at checkout, or
  • Email us at support@crashflowapp.com with your order email and we will arrange the refund with Paddle on your behalf.

What's covered

  • Monthly subscription: full refund of the most recent monthly charge if requested within 30 days.
  • Yearly subscription: full refund of the most recent yearly charge if requested within 30 days of the renewal or initial purchase.
  • Lifetime purchase: full refund if requested within 30 days of purchase.

Cancelling future renewals

You can cancel a subscription at any time through your Paddle customer portal (linked from your purchase receipt) or by contacting us. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not by itself trigger a refund of past charges.

Statutory rights

This policy is in addition to any statutory rights you may have under consumer law (for example, the right of withdrawal for consumers in the UK or EU). Nothing in this policy limits those rights.
